You will opt into your first game or content selection immediately, but can get access to all other games, alerts and contests at any time, at no additional cost. The mobile device being used must be enabled with wireless web and SMS (short message service) access. By completing the registration process on our website located at www.frengo.com or any successor website thereto ("Website") OR by confirming an order via text messaging (each a "Transaction"), you (1) represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of the subscriber of a participating mobile communications carrier to sign-up for and use the Frengo Service on behalf of the subscriber; and (2) agree on behalf of the subscriber and yourself to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may opt out of this service at any time by texting "STOP" to "44566" from your mobile device or sending Frengo.com an e-mail to support@frengo.com. Charges will appear on your carrier phone bill.
