By completing the registration process on our website OR by confirming an order via text messaging (each a "Transaction"), you (1) represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of the subscriber of a participating mobile communications carrier to sign-up for and use the Frengo Service on behalf of the subscriber; and (2) agree on behalf of the subscriber and yourself to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
